The Shiratsuyu Course begins lightly with a seasonal side dish and a seafood salad of whitebait, followed by a delicious platter of three kinds of sashimi delivered directly from Toyosu and two kinds of wild horse sashimi from Kumamoto.After enjoying charcoal-grilled beef tongue and fried winter monkfish, choose between beef tongue shabu-shabu or hanging tenderloin with ponzu dashi broth.This luxurious course starts with champon noodles, rice porridge, seared tuna rice bowl, and ends with dessert.
